Maternity Photoshoot
I love doing a maternity photoshoot when I get to create beautiful photos like these. Everything about these images are just lovely from the light and composition to this beautiful, loving family.
I worked together with this mom to create her vision. She had a lot of wonderful ideas about how she wanted her photos to look and it was exciting to work together to see them come to life.
We had beautiful light and the gorgeous background of Murray Hill Park in Westmount where I do a lot of my outdoor family photography sessions.
I find that with maternity photos a lot of it is about finding what subtle movements or direction can be giving to create the most flattering silhouettes and angles. It's amazing how the lowering of a shoulder, or slight turn of the hips can make such a world of difference.
