Being an outdoor photographer is so much fun because I get to play with light! And our outdoor photography season is so short every time I get out it's such a treat.
This wonderful family wanted an outdoor photoshoot to commemorate their mom's 65th birthday which I thought was just amazing. They were such a fun, energetic family.
I went to Baie d'Urfé and we walked around the waterfront while the family told me stories about themselves.
How cute is the town hall?
We ended the session looking out at the beautiful sunset. It was just gorgeous with the water and the fall trees.
Other favourite places I've taken photos include in Westmount, Old Montreal, NDG, Montreal West and Ville-St-Laurent.
I find usually about mid-October is the latest you want to book a family session if you have toddlers, and if you have older children that can tough it a bit longer November 1st is about maximum - but you are really pushing it and it's best to aim for before.
