I'm located in central Montreal.
My studios are also centrally located.
I can travel for in-home session within a certain radius, but anything outside of Montreal I usually refer.
This winter I am in Mont-Tremblant on weekends.
What is the turnaround for the gallery?
Can we buy more Digitals?
Additional digitals, prints and products are available when the gallery is delivered. I'd say 75% of clients purchase the full gallery.
I've been doing this 10 years and am pretty efficient at editing. I say 2 weeks in the contract, but I usually get it out within 3-5 days.
I'm not sure where to do my shoot? Can you help?
Can you photography my... baptistm, corporate event, wedding, birthday, reunion...
Take a look at my portfolio, Pinterest or Instagram. What style of photos speak to you? Besides style there are practical things to consider - studio or in-home sessions are a sure bet. Outdoor sessions are much more variable due to weather. I have a location guide I can send to you to choose once you book. You can also take a look here. I will not travel out of town to do outdoor shoots.
In short, no. I can offer you a referral for these types of shoots.
Do you offer mini sessions? Can I book them anytime?
Yes, I do offer mini sessions but they are on certain dates only. You can see more info here.
Do you have wardrobe?
What do we wear?
Wardrobe Questions
I have a pretty big selection of maternity dresses. I also have cute knits & outfits for newborns and a few older children outfits. The maternity dresses can also be worn for newborn shoots. All wardrobe is included in your session fee.
For newborn sessions I prefer it when tones are neutral.
For other sessions, where what represents you and your family.
I include wardrobe advice with a local stylist for almost all of my sessions (there's a very quick headshot session where it's not included).
When is the best time for Maternity photos?
When is the best time for newborn photos.
Maternity &
Newborn
I prefer 3 weeks and under, but this is not a hard rule. Just keep in mind that if your baby is older they will be less curly and more awake (which some parents prefer!)
I say 28-32 weeks. When you can see your bump, but you are still comfortable. Getting photos done at all though is better than none, and this is a guideline.
How long are sessions?
What about siblings and grandparents?
Most packages state the time. For families and maternity I offer packages between 30 - 90 minutes. Newborn sessions are set for 90 minutes but often in home sessions are 2 hours.
These are always included. Extended family sessions are a different fee, and you must enquire for a rate.
