Outdoor Maternity Photographer
This was my first session as an Outdoor Maternity Photographer. Wow. - did it turn out well!
I was always super hesitant about doing maternity photography. So many of the images I saw just had a super fake, posed feel and I always want to see real and honest emotion in my photography.
It turns out that with the right direction, you can get those authentic images. And it helps that this couple were pretty amazing.
We also benefitted from the beautiful light during a relaxed, warm summer's evening.
Anna & Tim basically just walked around the park while I pointed out pretty areas.
I don't have any nice photos of myself pregnant and it's a shame. All I saw were awkwardly posed photos that didn't speak to me at all but it really doesn't have to be like this.
