I love little newborns and meeting this Montreal family to photography their baby was such a privilege.
It so amazing to see the love and wonder that parents have for their children, especially in those first few magical days. The love and joy in mom and dad’s face just makes me smile and glow inside. And I think that when that little baby is grown up, they will appreciate seeing how much their mom and dad absolutely adored them.
I often think about the baby when I’m photographing these sessions. Yes, I know that these photos are for mom and dad but they are also for that little baby who will grow up and be able to look back at them and see what it was like when they were teeny tiny.
What did they look like, what did their room look like, what did their PARENTS look like.
How did their parents dress them, just how small were they, and where did they live for those first few days, months or years.
I think of these sessions as a beautiful set of memories not only for the parents but a little window of insight for the baby too. Simon, Allison and baby were all just so perfect in their love for each other. It was a pleasure and joy to be a little part of such a special time. Thanks guys!
