I love being a Westmount Lifestyle Photographer because it means I have access to all of this city’s best parks on my doorstep. OK, as a Westmount resident I may be a little biased – but seriously, our parks are gorgeous.
This lovely family wanted an outdoor session close to their home and I suggested one of my absolute favourite parks. It’s just so great because there is so much variety within this particular park. There’s everything from your typical playground set to a huge open building, rocky walls, and views over the city.
All my outdoor only sessions are only done at sunset when the light is soft enough for wonderful portraits and I just love how the beautiful soft sun glows.
How wonderful are all those beautiful old rocks and green spaces?
We had a combination of more formal sitting photos, walking around, playing and just being silly. I love movement in photos and we had plenty of room for that.
I want to give a huge thanks to this family for letting me photograph them!
They were a ton of fun and I’m so glad we got to meet!
