Do you want to purchase your own maternity dress for your photoshoot?
Before you do so, consider your timeline. Many of these designers are in the US or much farther afield, and delivery might take weeks. Having said that, finding something you truly love is always very exciting and there are some gorgeous dresses out there.

Etsy has SO many both for larger and smaller budgets.
A few favourites:
Honestly - there are so many on Etsy. Search by what appeals to you - 'boho maternity dress for photography', 'tulle maternity dress for photography', etc.
There are also the regular haunts that many of my clients have shopped at: Zara, Gap, etc.
You may be able to rent a dress from a local dress rental such as ByRotation but please ask first if they have any dresses that are maternity appropriate.
Also - there is absolutely NOTHING that says you have to wear a dress. Pants, shorts or a jumpsuit are gorgeous options. I've also had swimsuits and bodysuits.
